Yeah I was perplexed about that too but no I wasn’t able to catch him to ask him about it. I was running on a tight schedule with my 4th of July plans

I saw this guy with his hazards on stationary on top of a bridge later that day. Not sure if he ran out of gas or mechanical issue. Nobody was around the car.
